General
Your homeopathic support includes all prescribed homeopathic remedies during your months treatment. I will post out any medicines without charge within this month.
Out of hours
After normal office hours like everyone I look forward to relaxing and enjoy time with my family and friends, if you need to contact me send an email or text, I'll pick it up the next working day.
Telephone times & emailing
Telephone time 10.00 - 11.00 am Tuesday (from 1/11/10)
As I do not charge for this time I request that you limit each call to 10 minutes, please.
Updates between consultations can be emailed to me, I aim to return your email within 24 hours between Monday to Thursday. If you think the question may require a complex answer please call during my telephone time.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment. With up to 48 hours notice I can offer you an alternative clinic appointment or a telephone consultation. It also allows me to offer the cancelled appointment to someone else who is waiting. Failure to give notice will result in the full payment being invoiced. To avoid this email, text or call to rearrange your appointment.
